Social Responsibility

Social responsibility plays a major role in Coffee Sleeve Ads because profits will be donated to the Habitat for Humanity organization. Also, employees complete physical community service with Habitat for Humanity.  Coffee Sleeve Ads' employees specifically chose Habitat for Humanity because of their significant positive community impact that Coffee Sleeve Ads wished to be a part of. Having social responsibility also creates a positive community within the company. Our a strong sense of morality reflects within the company as a whole.

About Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity was founded in 1976 with the goal of ending homelessness and creating safe homes for those in need.  Habitat for Humanity is an international organization, operating in over 90 countries and has built over 225,000 houses across the globe, giving many people decent shelter.  Coffee Sleeve Ads will be working with the Habitat for Humanity in Greater Boston.  Habitat for Humanity accepts monetary donations, and the donations of physical efforts by volunteers.  We will donate all profits upon liquidation and all employees will work at an actual build site.  Volunteers work alongside the recipient family and Habitat for Humanity workers to construct the family home.  When completed, the home is then sold for no profit to the recipient family with a no-interest mortgage.

How we participate in the program

The company employees will be working at different sites in the Boston area, including the towns of Dorchester and Newton.  Before employees can work with Habitat for Humanity, all must complete a one hour orientation session.  Coffee Sleeve Ads will be participating in four to five build days with approximately eight employees at each build day.  Each employee on the required day will complete seven to eight hours of

service.  Employees also have the option of attending more than one build day.  On the site, employees will be participating in varied construction work including things like dry-walling and roofing.

Three scheduled days of completing the service:
